MBA Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) [Sunday, April 01, 2012]
As decided in the MBA Annual General Meeting, an Extraordinary General Meeting was organised by MBA and this meeting was held at Youth Center Seminar Room on Thursday, March 29, 2012) at 20:30. In this meeting MBA has briefed the MBA constitution updates to the clubs and aslo the allocated budget for 2012 was announced and passed unanimously.
MBA Annual General Meeting (AGM) [Thursday, March 01, 2012]
MBA Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held at Youth Center Seminar Room yesterday (Wednesday, February 29, 2012) at 20:30. Eleven active member clubs were present at the meeting. The activity report and the financial report of 2011 were presented by the MBA Chairman Mr. Ahmed Hafiz and the reports are been approved by the clubs.
The budget for the current year and the amendments for MBA constitution are also been announced. However, the clubs have requested to give more time to review the constitution and also the budget. Therefore, it was decided to have an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) not later than three weeks.
